      Project Swanirbhar: Skill Development Training Program in Sewing in Faridabad

      Skill training program  in Sewing machine operator for 30 beneficiaries in Faridabad. The skill training program aims to equip women with the tools they need to access better job opportunities or ventures into entrepreneurship, ultimately leading to economic self-sufficiency. The project  offers a structured curriculum delivered through a combination of classroom-based training followed by assessment, certification and placement. The project focuses on partnering with local industries for support and funding while actively involving the community to ensure the program aligns with the specific needs and priorities of the target beneficiaries. Certification upon completion will enhance participants’ employability. Monitoring and evaluation mechanisms will be in place to ensure the project’s effectiveness and impact on the lives of the women
