Fiinovation partnered with Skill Council for Green Jobs to conduct the Impact Assessment of their Suryamitra Training Program on solar PV installation. The study has been conducted across 11 states namely Assam, NCT Delhi, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and West Bengal. More than 1500 sample beneficiaries including 1004 trainees and 505 master trainers were covered from the 11 states.

The study conducted during the COVID 19 lockdown phase was one of its kind engagement involving methods of remote monitoring and extensive use of CAPI techniques.
