Fiinovation, in collaboration with Alivus Life Sciences, is conducting a comprehensive Impact Assessment of the company’s CSR initiatives implemented across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Bihar, and West Bengal. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness, outreach, and long-term benefits of Alivus’ interventions in the areas of health, education, and environment.

      About the Project

This assessment focuses on analyzing the design, execution, and outcomes of four CSR projects undertaken by Alivus across diverse geographies. The study will help measure the value created for communities, identify areas for strengthening, and guide future CSR planning. The key components include:

      • Measuring Social Impact – Evaluating the tangible and intangible outcomes across health, education, and environmental initiatives.

      • Assessing Community Reach – Understanding how the projects have improved the lives of beneficiaries across four states.

      • Identifying Improvement Areas – Highlighting gaps, risks, and opportunities to refine CSR strategies.

      • Capturing Best Practices – Documenting successful models and scalable approaches for long-term community benefit.

      Project Duration

The impact study will be completed over a period of three months, involving field visits, stakeholder discussions, data analysis, and comprehensive reporting.

      Role of CCSE

Under the bi-partite engagement between Alivus Life Sciences and IPMS, the IPMS team is responsible for:

      • Conducting on-ground assessments and engaging with beneficiaries and project partners.

      • Carrying out detailed data collection, analysis, and evaluation of project outcomes.

      • Preparing a consolidated impact assessment report with key insights and strategic recommendations.

      Our Commitment & Future Prospects

Through this impact assessment, Fiinovation and Alivus Life Sciences aim to enhance the effectiveness of future CSR investments by adopting a knowledge-driven approach. The study will help strengthen program design, scale high-impact interventions, and ensure sustainable value creation for communities across India.
