Fiinovation, in collaboration with DP World, is conducting an impact assessment for five mobile medical vans deployed in three different locations: Chennai, Mundra, and Nhava Sheva.
About the Project
This initiative aims to assess the effectiveness and reach of mobile medical vans that provide healthcare services to underserved communities in multiple regions. The key objectives of the impact assessment include:
- Evaluating Healthcare Services – Assessing the quality of medical services provided by the mobile medical vans, including consultations, diagnostics, and treatments.
- Understanding Community Reach – Analyzing how the mobile medical units are serving local populations, particularly in remote or underserved areas.
- Identifying Areas for Improvement – Gathering data and feedback from beneficiaries to recommend enhancements and ensure that the services are meeting the healthcare needs of the communities.
Project Duration
The impact assessment will take place over 2 months, involving field visits, data collection, and analysis from the different locations.
Role of CSO
This is a bi-partite collaboration between DP World and the implementing partner, IPMS. The CSO is responsible for:
- Conducting assessments at the mobile medical van sites in Chennai, Mundra, and Nhava Sheva.
- Collecting feedback and data from patients, healthcare staff, and other stakeholders.
- Analyzing the impact and effectiveness of the mobile medical vans in improving community health and access to services.
Our Commitment & Future Prospects
This impact assessment reflects Fiinovation’s dedication to evaluating and improving healthcare interventions, particularly in remote areas. The insights gained from this assessment will help optimize the mobile medical van program and guide future healthcare projects in other regions.
