      Assistant Manager – Business Development

      Relevant Experience: 1-2 years in Business Development related domain

      Job Responsibilities:
      ● Coordinate and work seamlessly with Manager – Corp Partnership
      ● Conduct secondary research and source relevant data related to corporations
      ● Connect with the corporate offices to fix meeting appointments, send confirmatory mails
      and follow ups if required
      ● Be available for meetings as required

      Required Skills and Experience
      ● 1-2 years in Business Development related domain
      ● Competent in using AI tools for undertaking relevant research
      ● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

      Location: Okhla Phase III, New Delhi (On-site)
      Annual Remuneration: ₹3.60 Lac per annum to ₹4.80 Lac per annum (based on last drawn salary and relevant experience, Over and above incentive and bonus are applicable basis achievement)

      Relationship Manager

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Communicating with clients, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
      • Understanding clients’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
      • Answering potential clients’ questions and sending additional information per email.
      • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential clients.
      • Develop and implement strategies for closing new leads through networking, cold calling and meeting clients
      • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.

      • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

      What We’re Looking For

      Program Manager - Management

      Relevant Experience: 3-4 years in any of the four thematic areas of Environment, Health, Education or Livelihood streams with excellent verbal & written English communication skills, along with experience in managing on ground social interventions
      Job Responsibilities:
      Project Design & Proposal Writing: Lead the conceptualization, drafting, and timely submission of project proposals and technical documents for donor consideration.
      Program Implementation: Oversee on-ground execution as per the approved Project
      Implementation Plan (PIP).
      Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate on ground project execution.
      CSO & Donor Coordination: Drive program discussions with both the relevant CSO and donor, ensuring alignment with project goals, outcomes and objectives
      Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and quality during the project management, drafting and designing reports.
      Financial Checks and controls: Ensure periodical financial control and spend as per the PIP alongside ensuring financial audits and reporting

      Presentations & Representation: Prepare technical presentations and represent the on-
      ground progress with the stakeholders.

      Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and leadership as required.

      Required Skills and Experience
      ● Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in managing on ground social development projects.
      ● Strong command over English (verbal and written).
      ● Sound understanding of project management tools and processes.
      ● Ability to manage and work under tight deadlines.
      ● Travel for project management.

      Annual Remuneration: ₹ 7.20 Lac per annum to ₹ 8.40 Lac per annum (based on last drawn salary and relevant experience, Over and above incentive and bonus are applicable basis achievement)

      Senior Program Manager Corporate Partnerships

      Relevant Experience: 4 -5 years in any of the four thematic areas of Education, Environment, or Livelihood streams with excellent verbal & written English communication skills, along with experience in drafting social interventions plus competent in discussing and closing contractual
      CSR agreements with corporations
      Job Responsibilities:
      ● Project Design & Proposal Writing: Lead the conceptualization, drafting, and timely submission of project proposals and technical documents for donor consideration.
      Stakeholder Management: Liaise with relevant stakeholders, which will include corporate donors and Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) to ensure timely project approvals.
      Client & Donor Coordination: Drive the technical rounds of discussions with both CSOs
      and donors, ensuring alignment across the levels
      Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and quality during designing technical proposals, including the financial projections.
      Presentations & Representation: Deliver technical presentations and participate in
      meetings at relevant offices with donors and CSOs leading towards closure.
      Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and leadership as required.
      Required Skills and Experience
      • 4-5 years of relevant experience in social development programs, with sound understanding of a sectoral theme.
      • Proven experience in conceptualising, writing and presenting project proposals.
      • Strong command over English (verbal and written).
      • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
      • Travel to the concerned offices for discussions and contractual agreements
      Location: Okhla Phase III, New Delhi (On-site)
      Annual Remuneration: ₹10 Lac per annum to ₹12 Lac per annum, (based on last drawn salary and relevant experience, Over and above incentive and bonus are applicable basis achievement)

      Program Manager – PFU

      Roles and Responsibilities
      ❖ Project-related discussions with NGOs
      ❖ Proposal drafting, concept notes in the Livelihood/Health/Education/Environment sectors
      ❖ Coordination with NGOs on ground evaluation and field visits.
      ❖ End-to-end coordination among the different teams and consultants/stakeholders for smooth
      transit.
      ❖ Any other work as communicated by the Head of Project Operations
      Field visits – preparation and submission of reports with client with recommendations.
      ❖ Consultant onboarding and Management and Donor Identification
      Qualifications and Experience:
      ❖ Master’s degree in Humanities/Social Science/Education/Public Policy (Add on)
      ❖ At least 2-3 years of experience in supporting programs for NGOs/CSR or philanthropic organizations
      ❖ Highly effective interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
      Location – Okhla Phase III [On-Site]
      Note– Out-station travel, if required.
      Annual Remuneration: ₹7.50 Lac per annum to ₹9.60 Lac per annum, (based on last drawn salary
