On the 6th Edition of World CSR Congress, Mr. Soumitro Chakraborty, Chief Executive, Fiinovation was honoured with the ‘ABP News CSR Leadership Awards – CSR Leadership’ Award for his contribution in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility at Taj Lands End, Mumbai on 17th February, 2017.

Mr. Soumitro Chakraborty is a social entrepreneur, motivated to bring constructive changes through CSR and Sustainability initiatives. His passion for the social development sector, led to establishment of Fiinovation, a global CSR consulting company in 2008.

The CSR conference and awards ceremony was attended by several dignitaries from the social development sector across the globe. The CSR Leadership Awards are aimed to recognise the basic role that CSR play in providing a more sustainable and equitable society. The award highlights those organisations and individuals that have embraced the CSR and Sustainability agenda and made it a key component of their activities.

Previously, for his dedication, commitment and achievements in the CSR and Sustainability initiatives, Mr. Soumitro Chakraborty has been honoured with awards such as ‘CSR Manager of the Year’ & ‘International Socrates Award – Queen Victoria Commemorative Medal’.
