      Fiinovation, in collaboration with Caryaire Equipments India Pvt. Ltd., is implementing a long-term environmental initiative to develop a sustainable greenbelt in the Surajpur Industrial Area, Kasna, Greater Noida. The project aims to improve environmental quality, reduce pollution, and enhance the overall aesthetics of the industrial zone for workers and nearby communities.

      About the Project

      This initiative focuses on creating a healthy and green industrial ecosystem by establishing a robust plantation belt in front of Caryaire’s manufacturing facility. The key objectives of the intervention include:

      • Mitigating Pollution Levels – Reducing air pollution and dust accumulation through dense plantation.

      • Enhancing Environmental Aesthetics – Developing a visually appealing green zone that improves the industrial landscape.

      • Promoting Ecological Well-being – Contributing to biodiversity and fostering a healthier environment for employees and surrounding communities.

      • Supporting Sustainable Development – Creating long-term environmental benefits through continuous maintenance and care of the greenbelt.

      Project Duration

      The project is being implemented over 12 months, ensuring proper plantation, maintenance, and the establishment of a thriving, sustainable greenbelt.

      Role of CCSE

      Under the bi-partite engagement between Caryaire Equipments India Pvt. Ltd. and CCSE, the responsibilities are as follows:

      • CCSE – Leading project planning, monitoring, and ensuring quality implementation.

      • URJA – Engaged as the sub-implementation agency responsible for on-ground plantation activities and regular maintenance of the greenbelt.
