Fiinovation, in collaboration with the Jakson Group, is conducting a comprehensive Impact Assessment of the company’s CSR initiatives implemented across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, and Noida. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness, reach, and long-term outcomes of Jakson’s interventions in the areas of education, health, environment, and skill development.

About the Project

This impact assessment focuses on reviewing the design, implementation, and on-ground results of 10 CSR projects undertaken by Jakson across multiple states. The evaluation will help understand the social value created, identify strengths, and provide insights for enhancing future CSR strategy. Key components of the study include:

• Assessing Project Outcomes – Measuring the effectiveness and impact of interventions across four sectors: education, health, environment, and skill development.

• Evaluating Beneficiary Reach – Understanding how the projects have influenced target communities and improved quality of life.

• Identifying Gaps & Opportunities – Highlighting areas for improvement and providing recommendations to strengthen future CSR initiatives.

• Documenting Best Practices – Capturing successful models and replicable approaches for continued social impact.

Project Duration

The study will be conducted over a period of three months, covering field visits, stakeholder consultations, data analysis, and reporting.

Role of CCSE

Under the bi-partite engagement between Jakson Group and IPMS, the IPMS team is responsible for:

• Conducting field assessments and interacting with beneficiaries and stakeholders.

• Carrying out qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.

• Delivering a detailed impact assessment report outlining findings, insights, and strategic recommendations.
