Fiinovation, in collaboration with Siegwerk India Foundation, is implementing the “Clean Bhiwadi, Green Bhiwadi” initiative in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, to promote cleanliness, sustainable waste management, and environmental well-being in the industrial region.

About the Project

This initiative focuses on improving solid waste management systems and maintaining cleanliness along a key 13.5 km stretch from Bhiwadi Mod to the Siegwerk Plant. The project aims to ensure a cleaner, healthier environment through sustained community engagement and effective waste management practices. The key objectives include:

• Enhancing Waste Collection and Disposal – Streamlining solid waste collection, segregation, and disposal systems to maintain hygiene along the identified stretch.

• Promoting Environmental Awareness – Conducting awareness campaigns to educate local communities and workers on waste segregation and sustainable waste practices.

• Ensuring Sustainable Cleanliness – Establishing a model for ongoing cleanliness and environmental upkeep in industrial and surrounding community areas.

Project Duration

The project is being implemented over six months, focusing on long-term cleanliness maintenance and the establishment of efficient waste management mechanisms.

Role of CCSE

As the implementing partner, CCSE, under the bipartite engagement with Siegwerk India Foundation and in collaboration with IDS, is responsible for:

• Overseeing waste management operations and ensuring systematic cleanliness drives.

• Conducting awareness and sensitization activities for community participation.

• Monitoring and evaluating the project’s environmental impact to ensure sustainability.
