A consumer durable group company collaborated with Fiinovation to assess the needs of the communities in the villages of Landran, Chunni Khurd Kalan, Balongi and Chappad Chedi Khurd located around the corporation’s plant location in Mohali, Punjab. The major thrust of the study was to bring out the challenges faced by the communities in the above mentioned villages in terms of their access to basic amenities and other resources related to their lives and livelihoods. Based on the findings from the on-ground real-time information collected through primary research, Fiinovation suggested possible interventions to the corporation sorted on priority basis.
