Fiinovation, in collaboration with RCPSDC and Bridgestone, is conducting an impact assessment of the “Upskilling Tyre Fitters under CSR support of Bridgestone” training program.

About the Project

This initiative focuses on upskilling existing commercial tyre fitters through a targeted training program. The project, supported by Bridgestone under its CSR efforts, aims to enhance the skills of tyre fitters by introducing them to the latest tools and techniques used in the industry. Key objectives include:

Upskilling Existing Tyre Fitters – Providing training to improve the skills of commercial tyre fitters, helping them perform better and increase their income potential.
Introducing Latest Tools & Equipment – Training participants on the use of modern tools and equipment for tyre repair and fitting, promoting efficiency and quality.
Shop Upgradation – Supporting the upgradation of tyre fitting shops, including branding and displaying modern tools to enhance shop visibility and professionalism.
Enhancing Earning Capacity – Encouraging trainees to adopt advanced tools and techniques, boosting their earning capacity through improved service offerings.

Training Duration

The program consists of a 2-day (14 hours per batch) training and assessment, with each batch consisting of 20-25 participants.

Project Duration

The impact assessment will take place over a duration of 20 days, involving data collection and analysis from the trained beneficiaries to evaluate the effectiveness of the upskilling program.

Role of CSO

RCPSDC, as the project implementation agency, will be responsible for organizing and executing the training sessions, while Fiinovation will conduct the impact assessment to gauge the effectiveness of the program and its outcomes.
