Fiinovation, in collaboration with SANDVIK Mining and Rock Technology India Private Limited (SMRTIPL), is implementing a Health, Water, and Sanitation project in 11 schools of Agucha Village, Bhilwara District, Rajasthan.
About the Project
This project aims to improve primary health practices, focusing on water, sanitation, and hygiene (WaSH) in 11 schools in Agucha Village. The key objectives of the project include:
Improving Water & Sanitation Facilities – Ensuring access to clean water, safe sanitation, and hygiene facilities for students and staff in the schools.
Promoting Healthy Practices – Educating students and school staff about proper hygiene practices, sanitation protocols, and the importance of clean drinking water.
Capacity Building – Providing training to school staff and students to maintain and promote a healthy school environment, fostering a culture of cleanliness and well-being.
Project Duration
The project will be implemented over 18 months, focusing on sustainable improvements in health and sanitation facilities within the schools.
Role of CSO
This is a tri-partite collaboration, where Fiinovation, alongside the CSR partner SANDVIK Mining and Rock Technology India Private Limited (SMRTIPL), and the implementing CSO, will work together to:
- Implement water, sanitation, and hygiene improvements in the targeted schools.
- Educate and engage the school community in adopting better health and hygiene practices.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the intervention to ensure long-term sustainability.
