Fiinovation partnered with a rubber sector Skill Council to evaluate the impact created by their up-skilling training programmes – RPL 1 and RPL 2, designed in alignment with the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana. Of the many sites pan India where trainees in the tyre-service and rubber manufacturing were trained under the RPL Programmes, the assessment study was conducted in the Gurugram and Faridabad districts of Haryana, Patiala in Punjab, Bhopal, Vidisha and Chhindwada in Madhya Pradesh, Ernakulam and Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala and Namakkal and Trichy in Tamil Nadu and Chandigarh. The impact of the training programmes on the beneficiaries, their families and communities have been studied as a part of the collaboration.
