Fiinovation, in collaboration with V-Guard and Sunflame, is implementing the “Cancare” initiative in Faridabad, Haryana, to raise awareness about breast cancer and promote early detection among women from underserved communities.

About the Project

This health-focused initiative aims to empower women through awareness, screening, and timely medical interventions for breast cancer. By promoting preventive healthcare practices, the project seeks to reduce the risks associated with delayed diagnosis and limited awareness. The key objectives include:

• Promoting Awareness – Conducting educational sessions to sensitize women about breast cancer symptoms, prevention, and the importance of early detection.

• Screening and Testing – Organizing breast cancer screening and diagnostic camps for women from marginalized sections of society.

• Facilitating Medical Referrals – Ensuring timely referrals and follow-up support for women requiring further medical attention.

Project Duration

The initiative will be implemented over a period of two months, focusing on intensive awareness and screening drives across identified communities in Faridabad.

Role of CCSE

As the implementing partner, the Indian Strokes and Paralysis Foundation, in collaboration with V-Guard and Sunflame, is responsible for:

• Organizing and executing awareness and screening camps.

• Coordinating with local health authorities for diagnosis and referrals.

• Monitoring participation and assessing the project’s health outcomes.
